Doctor Jaconello's office consultation fee is payable at the time of the visit. For procedures that are covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan, the office will notify OHIP of the amount paid. You will then be reimbursed by OHIP for the exact amount. Please notify OHIP of any changes of address.
