Replies to E-mails.
All emails will be acknowledged in a timely fashion. However, we do not monitor e-mail when the practice is closed for weekends, evenings, statutory holidays, and vacations. Please consider our office hours when you are waiting for a reply to your e-mail.
As a general rule, we will respond to patient e-mail within 72 hours. If you do not receive a response within the designated time period, please call the office to follow up.

Underground parking is available to patients at 33 Isabella Street apartment building. The cost is $6.00 a day. This is right around the corner from 615 Yonge Street. Several other parking places and street parking around the area are available at different prices that vary from $8.00 to $12.00 a day or $1.75 – $3.00 per half an hour.
