Mona Rezai graduated from JaJa & Dr. Daniel’s School of Aesthetics in 2004 with an Advanced Aesthetics Diploma. Her studies included electrolysis, permanent make-up, laser/intense pulsed light (IPL) hair removal, microdermabrasion, chemical peel, electrocoagulation and reflexology. To further her education, Mona obtained a Certificate in Acupuncture from St. John’s School for Acupuncture and studied cosmetic acupuncture at The Joy Clinic.
Since completing her education, Mona ran and taught at numerous spas and schools around the GTA, such as: Serene Medical Spa in Etobicoke, Poshe Advanced Skin Care Academy in Thornhill and the Skin Care Academy.
Mona met Dr. Jaconello in 2003 after she was in two serious car accidents, which caused severe physically and emotionally injuries. After numerous medical consultations, some from renowned specialists, tests and treatments, she became hopeless of any sort of recovery. All of the doctors prescribed high doses of narcotics and suggested that she accept and live with the pain for rest of my life. Mona refused to accept this idea and took her health into her own hands and sought out alternative medicine. Soon after meeting Dr. Jaconello, it was discovered that as a result of the stress, she had developed hyperthyroidism, well known as Grave Disease, which had escalated to fatal stages. Dr. Jaconello’s abundant medical knowledge and kindness helped Mona’s condition improved past their expectations. Mona is again a healthy and vibrant person, enjoying life to the fullest and passionate about helping others achieve their health goals.
